My Approach
*Accepting new clients now for sessions starting in September!
Finding a therapist who can understand, adapt to, and work with you on your unique and specific needs can be challenging. I work with adult clients who have a wide range of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and managing the stress of everyday life. I aim to provide a space where all clients can feel safe enough to express themselves in ways they need without fearing judgement. I also implement neurodiversity-affirming practices to help neurodivergent clients feel safe, validated, and supported in their mental health journey.
I take an integrative approach to counseling often pulling from a variety of theories and modalities, utilizing psychoeducation, humanistic, relational, and liberation psychology practices. Through our work together, my goal is to support you in unlearning unhelpful ways of thinking and help you move from surviving to thriving.
Discussing your problems with a stranger can be nerve-wracking. I use humor, candor, and empathy to make clients feel welcome and safe. I invite clients to think of therapy as the place where they can express themselves fully and completely while working with me to cultivate a wholehearted life.

You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for services. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an appointment.
